Adapt & Thrive is a pre-launch Greater Victoria business focused on thoughtful home accessibility and aging-in-place renovations. We are preparing deliberately: strengthening specialized knowledge, defining clear standards, and building the right local relationships before taking on projects.

Andrew is a Red Seal carpenter with a background in custom-home construction and detailed custom carpentry. He brings strong technical judgement, precision, and a careful eye for finish quality, helping ensure accessibility solutions are practical, durable, and thoughtfully integrated into the character of each home.
Brittany brings several years of hands-on residential carpentry experience and a practical understanding of how renovation projects come together. She leads day-to-day project delivery, coordinating schedules, trades, communication, and details so homeowners feel informed, supported, and confident from planning through completion.
Laura has built her career leading service operations, customer experience teams, and growing businesses in Victoria’s technology community. Drawing on executive leadership and experience founding multiple companies, she leads strategy, partnerships, communications, and the systems that make every client interaction feel organized, transparent, and trustworthy.
Our pre-launch commitments
A glossy site is not a substitute for operational readiness. These are the standards guiding the launch.
We will not publish fictional project counts, testimonials, certifications, registrations, timelines, or partnerships. Evidence will be added when it exists.
Renovation guidance will be distinguished from occupational therapy, medical advice, tax advice, and benefits administration.
The experience should be easier to read, navigate, understand, and act on for people with low vision, reduced dexterity, fatigue, or cognitive load.
Future projects will be built around clear scope, communication, safety, durability, and designs that belong in the home.
