Andrew is a Red Seal carpenter and Adaptiv Home certified professional through the Canadian Home Builders’ Association. His experience includes residential and commercial construction, high-end custom homes and renovations, finishing work, and custom carpentry. At Adapt & Thrive, Andrew leads construction with a focus on practical solutions, careful workmanship, and changes that belong in the home.
Brittany brings hands-on residential carpentry experience and a practical understanding of how renovation projects come together. She coordinates project details, schedules, trades, and homeowner communication, helping keep the work organised and making sure people know what is happening, what comes next, and who to ask when questions come up.
Laura leads operations and client experience at Adapt & Thrive. Her background is in service operations and customer experience, and she focuses on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and the behind-the-scenes details that keep projects moving. Her role is to make the experience feel organised, responsive, and straightforward for homeowners from first conversation onward.

Laura and Andrew are raising their family in Greater Victoria, and Adapt & Thrive is locally owned and operated here.
